Etiquette: Our environment is one of calm and quiet tranquillity, so please respect the right to peace and privacy for other guests. The use of mobile phones and electronic devices is prohibited within our premises. Smoking is not permitted and guests must be 16 years of age and over.

Valuables and Jewellery: All jewellery must be removed for most spa services. Please leave your valuables and jewellery at home. Although we provide lockers with keys, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your valuables.

Pregnancy: You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure. Please inform us of your condition when scheduling your treatment so we can assist you in selecting the treatment(s) which are most appropriate for you

Arriving for your Appointment: Please arrive for your first appointment at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. If you are a new client you can download the new client information form, fill the details and bring it with you. Forms are also available at the spa.
