How to make a Purchase

Buying an experience

• Choose the experience or Flexi-Voucher you want to buy.
• Click on "Add to Cart" to add item to your shopping cart.
• Check the quantity and location are correct.
• If you need to edit the location or quantity click "Edit" on the right hand side of the purchase summary.
• Select the correct location and quantity and click "Update"
• Now click "continue".
• At this point if you are a Club fx member please log in if you haven't already. If you aren't a member please complete all fields with your contact details and click "continue".
• Please check your contact details are correct and enter the recipient's details if desired. If you are also going to be the recipient please click "same as purchaser" Please select your delivery method and your payment details.
• Once you have entered your Credit Card Details (Protected by our 128 bit SSL Encryption software) please click "Purchase". Please be patient as processing of your card may take up to 120 seconds. Don't try to refresh the page or re-submit the request.
• Once your order has been confirmed we will send you a tax invoice and confirmation via email.

How to Redeem

If you have a voucher for an Experience

• From the home page click on the "Redeem" tab on the top navigation bar.
• At this point if you are a Club fx member please log in if you haven't already. If you aren't a member you'll need to register (It's Free) before you can redeem your voucher.
• Enter your voucher number into the available field.
• Enter your preferred dates. Please select at least two dates.
• Click on "Submit"
• We'll contact you to dot the "i's" and cross the "t's".

If you have a Flexi-Voucher

• Choose the Experience you wish to redeem your Flexi-Voucher against
• Click on "Add to Cart" to add item to your shopping cart.
• Check the quantity and location are correct.
• If you need to edit the location or quantity click "Edit" on the right hand side of the purchase summary.
• Select the correct location and quantity and click "Update"
• Now click "continue".
• At this point if you are a Club fx member please log in if you haven't already. If you aren't a member please complete all fields with you contact details and click "continue".
• Please check your contact details are correct and enter the recipient's details if desired. If you are also going to be the recipient please click "same as purchaser"
• Please select your delivery method.
• When you get to the Payment Method you'll see a field where you can enter your Flexi-Voucher number, enter it there.
• Once you have entered the Flexi-Voucher number and clicked "Redeem" the final balance owing will reduce by the value of your Flexi-Voucher. eg. if you have a $200 Flexi-Voucher and your experience costs $299 there will be $99 remaining. You can enter your credit card details to settle the balance. If you had a $200 Flexi-Voucher and your experience cost $150 then the final balance would be $0. Simply click "Process Payment" and your order will be placed. The $50 which you didn't use will still remain active on your Flexi-Voucher number so you can use it on another experience if you wish.
• Once your order has been confirmed we will send you a tax invoice and confirmation via email.
